COL Hall was commissioned as an Aviation officer upon graduation from the United States Military Academy in 1995. His operational assignments include Platoon Leader in B Company, 4-58th Aviation Regiment, Camp Page, Korea; Platoon Leader in B Company, 5-101st Aviation Regiment, Fort Campbell, KY; Commander of D Company, 2-227th Aviation Regiment, and S-3 of 615th Aviation Support Battalion, Fort Hood, TX.
COL Hall holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering, United States Military Academy, an M.B.A. from Tarleton State University, and a Masters of Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College. He is Defense Acquisition University Level III-certified in Program Management, Level I-certified in Test and Evaluation and is an Army Acquisition Corps member. His military education and training includes: the Aviation Officer Basic and Advance Courses, the UH-60 Qualification course and the Army War College. His awards include the Legion of Merit, the Meritorious Service Medal with three oak leaf clusters, and the Air Medal. He also earned the Army Aviator Badge, and the Air Assault Badge.
COL Hall is married to the former Miss Winifred (Wini) Dycus from Benton, Kentucky. They have three children; Sean, Layla, and Adaleigh.
