Industry Days serve as a forum to provide information on GVSC’s ground vehicle systems technology focus and opportunities for collaboration with industry, academia, and other government partners. Joining us again this year will be the NGCV CFT.
U.S. Army CCDC Ground Vehicle Systems Center (GVSC) is the U.S. Army’s Research, Development, and Engineering Center for all ground vehicle and ground vehicle systems technology and integration. Our Mission: Develop, integrate, demonstrate, and sustain ground vehicle systems capabilities to support Army modernization priorities and improve readiness.
The Next Generation Combat Vehicles Cross Functional Team works to narrow or close cross-domain maneuver capability gaps by developing Army requirements for the next generation of combat vehicles, while synchronizing and overseeing all supporting materiel development activities, experiments and assessments. The NGCV CFT uses a rapid, iterative process of capability development to reduce costs, technological obsolescence and acquisition risk and to increase the speed of delivery. The NGCV CFT will provide a program update on its signature lines of effort.
